Hello

Well, I almost forgot about this xanga thang again.  As you can see, I haven't been on for a while!  Well, it's because I can't stand writing, but I guess I should update you on somethings.  Monday of this week, Jonathan had his first concert in school.  As I said in an earlier message, he is playing the Baritone.  The school had their first beginning concert band.  I can be honest and say they sounded bad, but because I am a mother (mother's must lie when it comes to their children!)  but I won't say that - the band sounded wonderful!!!!  The band actually sounded better than I had expected.  Of course the proud mother took pictures seeing that my baby was the only spot in the band as his mom the only spot in the audience.  The only spot who made happy noises as her child was playing his heart out.  Yes I am the PROUD parent!!

I went to the Dr's office this week and I am doing well.  The baby is doing her own thing.  In February I took the 1 hour glucose and failed it, so I had to take the 3 hour test in March and let me tell you.  I had to fast the night before took a needle just to make sure I fasted then I had to take blood four more times - boy did I feel like a pin cushion.  Then to top it off, I had to take a rhogam shot in the butt just to make sure her antibodies and mine doesn't mix (the cost of being pregnant).  Well, I went to the Dr's office this week and found out my sugar is fine!  The Dr measured my belly and apparently my belly is bigger than the number of weeks I am.  I take a songram in a couple of weeks and if the little one is not in position, their will be a C-Section scheduled for April 27th (which is a week ahead of schedule), so hopefully she will cooperate and does what she is suppose to do (girls!) She is misbehaving already and isn't even out of the woumb!!!!!

Frank and Jonathan are doing well.  Frank and I did our first proposal with the United Way this week and boy was it a headache, but we got it done.  The proposal was due today at 4:00pm - and...of course Frank delivered the proposal at 4:00pm.  I called The United Way to inform them he was on his way and the woman just laughed (yes they know we are spankin' brand new).  It's a good thing Frank works well with the Executive Director!!!!!

The corps is doing fine too.  Frank and I bought some Olive Oil and a little vial Thursday evening.  Because of the different kinds of people who enter our building, we will be annointing the soup kitchen, the offices, and every other office in this building.  We are very excited about that!!!!!

Well, I hope you enjoyed this little inserpt (sp?) of our lives.  I will try and keep you guys updated.  I do pray that all of you are doing well.  Elizabeth Howard - you the woman!!!!Be blessed.

Hello,

It's been a few days since entering something.  I've been a bit busy but... here I am.  Frank and I went for our ultrasound and had to wait 45 minutes!  Are they nuts?  We found out we were having a girl.  A very active little girl at that!  During the sonogram, she was all over the belly!  She even had her foot in her mouth and her hand against her her head (just like a little girl)!  She also had her leggs gapped open so we had a good look between her leggs!  She weighed 1lb and 5 oz.  It was such a wonderful sight.  Well this little girl will be named Elizabeth Graciella Piciotto. Wouldn't it funny if she wasn't a girl after all?   HAHAHA.

Well, it's time I go and finish my stats.    Be blessed.

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!!

I am back.  I couldn't remember how to write on this thing - but I think I finally figured it out - well, it figured me out!  Thank you Lord - the kettle season is over!!!  Ok it wasn't that bad - however, I am too glad it's over!  One down and many more to go!!!!  Frank, Jonathan and I are doing well in Utica.  Utica is a beautiful place and we are glad He placed us here (of course with the help of TSA).

Jonathan loves his school and is making and has made new friends.  As a matter of fact, one of his friends asked about God!  His teacher raves about him and he is also taking BARITONE lessons in school (go figure) and is taking PIANO lessons at the corps!!  He is now 10 years old and thinks he's an adult!!!

There will be a new addition to our family coming May 4th.  Yes, I am expecting a little one.  We don't know the gender, hopefully we will find out this Thursday.  I am excited, Jonathan is excited, and Frank is still dumbfounded!  He will probably remain that way until LABOR!!!!

Well, hopefully I can keep up with this stuff!!!  Until next time.  God bless you and your family and be blessed!
